SmartDate® 3c 128 is a wide area continuous printer designed to extend the capabilities of the market leading SmartDate® product line.SmartDate® 3c 128 has been developed to open up new opportunities for wide area continuous printing, to meet the growing requirements for generic packaging and also to capitalize on the move towards continuous wrapping and packaging machines.

Increase Productivity. Automatic real time date coding with the flexibility of printed information. Fully automatic, or simple keypad code change ensures minimum set up time. Choose any data to print at the touch of a button, NO more manual set up of characters and alignment, and NO warm-up time. Simple robust operation and high reliability ensure efficient operation. The state-of-the-art SmartDate® design avoids complex maintenance schedules.

Reduced Costs. Reduce ribbon usage to a minimum by automatic, high accuracy foil advance - all the time, whatever the print format. No chases, dyes, type or stereos required.

Consistent, clean, high quality printing. High resolution (300dpi) print, no temperature adjustment; no alignment required; and no damage to bags or labels from hot type blocks. A wide choice of fonts/type faces, and sizes are available.

Security of Printed Codes. Automatic time/date coding ensures security of integrity of printed codes and complete product traceability. Pre-programmed layouts ensure correct print format, and restrict the information that can be modified by the operator. Increased security with multi-level and configurable, password and keyswitch restricted access.

SmartDate® 3c 128 is based on the SmartDate® 3c platform, but care has been taken in the design to accommodate the stresses and challenges brought about by the larger ribbons.
